comments 7 24 07 these comments were presented at the 7 24 07 meeting of the cpc the intent of these comments was to show that because of how the general plan is written the interpretation of the document's 'requirements' are wide open by anybody who reads it. this is shown by an interpretation made by bill anderson. also several excerpts from the comments by mike aguirre indicate a concern for the 'lack of identifiable, specific, mandatory measures that can be implemented on strict time tables.' click HERE for 7 24 07 comments |
